1. EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Notice and Action
Timbra Sociedade Unipessoal complies with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) regarding the hosting and processing of user-uploaded content. While we do not act as a public content sharing platform (the audio generated from your documents is for your private use), we strictly prohibit the use of our services for processing illegal content or infringing materials.
2. Copyright Infringement & Takedowns
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content processed or stored on our Service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DSA and applicable EU copyright laws.

Your notice must include:
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you allege the content is illegal or infringing.
- A clear indication of the exact electronic location of the information (e.g., the specific URL or UUID).
- The name and email address of the person submitting the notice.
- A statement confirming your good faith belief that the information and allegations contained in the notice are accurate and complete.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DSA and our Terms of Service, Timbra maintains a “three-strike” repeat infringer policy. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers (e.g., receiving three valid infringement notices).
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the email address above, detailing the specific reasons why the content should be reinstated.
